First, it enables knowledge sharing… where the moment one Jew finds out about a business opportunity, he starts pulling his relatives and friends into it as well, without keeping it a secret, so that everyone makes money.

Second, with this knowledge sharing, their trust in their community becomes so strong that they can easily give credit, honour their commitments, and that culture has a compounding effect on the business of the entire community while other communities are afraid that they’ll get an evil eye and try to hide their riches to themselves.
And third, with this mentorship culture, they’re able to expand to other countries, trades and have an abundance mindset that keeps them happier. Because once you are happy, you become more productive.
