Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series has achieved a significant milestone in South Korea, receiving a record-breaking 1.21 million pre-orders. This is the highest number of pre-orders for any Galaxy S series in the country. The Galaxy S24 Ultra was the most popular model, accounting for 60% of these pre-orders, followed by the S24 Plus with 21%, and the base S24 model with 19%. The Titanium Black color variant of the Galaxy S24 Ultra emerged as the most popular choice among consumers.
This remarkable pre-order volume in South Korea reflects the growing interest and anticipation for Samsung’s latest flagship series. The introduction of the Galaxy AI features has been a key factor driving this interest, offering a range of AI-powered functionalities that enhance user experience. Samsung hopes that the Galaxy S24 series will reach a total annual sales figure of 36 million units by the end of this year, a target not achieved since the Galaxy S10 series in 2019 [❞] [❞].
