Caviar launches custom Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with a mechanical watch and 24K gold dragon
Caviar, known for customizing luxury gadgets, has unveiled a special edition Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra called the “Era of Dragon” collection. This collection pays homage to Samsung’s prominence in the technology sector, symbolized by a dragon.
The standout model in this collection is the Galaxy S24 Ultra Yong, priced at $15,000. It features a titanium body with black PVD coating, similar to high-end Swiss watches. The most striking feature is a 24-karat gold bas-relief of a Korean dragon and a CVR ELT3350A Tourbillon, a sophisticated manual-winding watch mechanism. This tourbillon completes one rotation per minute, adding an element of refined watchmaking to the phone.
In addition to the dragon, the phone has decorative elements like three diamond stars, representing Samsung’s original logo. The zodiacal circle, depicted in enamel on titanium with PVD coating, represents a blend of Eastern and Western cultures, aligning with Samsung’s global strategy.
The collection is limited in availability, with only 24 units of the flagship Yong model and 99 units each of other zodiac models like Aries, Pisces, Aquarius, and Taurus.
