The update became available on July 13 across Xbox Series X|S, the Xbox app on PC, and Steam. The separate Italian Passion Car Pack launched the following day on July 14. Premium Edition and Premium Upgrade owners receive the pack at no extra cost. The Festival Playlist itself is split into four one-week seasons: Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring. Each season features its own challenges and reward cars, encouraging regular play.

Each weekly season offers two additional cars at lower point thresholds. During Summer (July 16–23), players can unlock the 1984 De Tomaso Pantera GT5 at 20 points and the 2004 Maserati MC12 at 40 points. The Pantera makes its Horizon debut and pairs classic Italian styling with a Ford-sourced V8. The MC12 remains one of the rarest and most desirable GT cars in the game.
Autumn (July 23–30) features the playful 2017 Abarth 124 Spider at 20 points and the refined 2020 Lamborghini Huracán EVO at 40 points. The Abarth excels on twisty mountain roads, while the Huracán EVO delivers the signature naturally aspirated V10 experience many fans love.
In Winter (July 30–August 6), the rally-bred 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale arrives at 20 points alongside the elegant 2020 Ferrari Roma at 40 points. The 037 offers excellent customization potential, especially for Group B-inspired builds, while the Roma provides smooth grand-touring performance with a characterful twin-turbo V8.
Spring (August 6–13) closes the series with the open-top 2022 Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder at 20 points and the ultimate 2022 Pagani Huayra R at 40 points. The Spyder adds wind-in-your-hair excitement, while the Huayra R represents the pinnacle of Pagani’s naturally aspirated V12 engineering.
The Italian Passion Car Pack adds four more highly requested vehicles. The Rivals leaderboards received a full reset to remove inflated times caused by glitches.
